Eligibility + permanent account
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access the site and purchase the products offered to you. Previous-site accounts do not transfer automatically. Every customer must create one new account on this platform; Illest Haze intends this to be the final required account reset.
Orders + manual payment
Submitting checkout creates a pending order, not an accepted sale. Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency payments are confirmed manually. We may cancel or limit an order for inventory, payment, age, destination, fraud, compliance, pricing, or operational reasons.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate information, a secure password, and activity under your account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, evade restrictions, or use another member’s account.
Community conduct
No threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, unlawful sales, doxxing, non-consensual recording, spam, dangerous instructions, or attempts to move prohibited transactions through community tools. Member-to-member private messaging is disabled; support messages go only to the Illest Haze admin desk.
Moderation + access
Illest Haze may review reports, hide content, restrict posting, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with valid legal requests. Club access is discretionary and can be revoked to protect the community.
